

A FLASH-FLOOD WATTCH is in effect for St. Vincent and the Grenadines

A tropical wave will continue to generate moderate to heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines this afternoon into tonight.
Thus, a Flash-Flood Watch is in effect for St. Vincent and the Grenadines from 3:30 p.m today, August
8 2020 until 6:00 am Sunday 9", 2020. Residents and motorist in areas prone to flooding and landslides or near rivers and streams should exercise caution.
A Flood-Watch is issued when conditions are favourable and there exists the posibility of flooding
during the watch period. This flood watch may be upgraded to a warning if conditions warrant.
