Cayman Airways' Boeing 737-300 aircraft, VP-CAY, on take-off from Owen Roberts International Airport on Grand Cayman this morning around 9:30am. Flight KX3040 is a cargo flight destined for St. Lucia to pick up COVID-19 test supplies for the Cayman Islands.
Flying the aircraft are Caymanian pilots Captain Frederick Whorms and First Officer Brian Seales. Also on board are maintenance technicians Caesar Sanchez and Giovanni Solomon, a young Caymanian. Cayman Airways is operating the cargo flight in partnership with the Cayman Islands Government.
