Eastern Caribbean Outlook Today: The Atlantic high pressure system will remain the dominant feature across the region. Despite this, a confluent pattern is generating shallow low level cloud patches. These are expected to traverse the region producing a few scattered showers. In addition, a plume of Saharan dust with varying levels of concentration is expected to affect the region.
