Eastern Caribbean Outlook Today: A surface to low level trough will continue to affect Barbados and the southern Windward islands, with scattered showers and light rain expected, under partly cloudy to cloudy skies. Over the northern portions of the region, fair to occasionally cloudy skies are anticipated as weak instability persists across that part of the region. Winds are expected to remain breezy as well across the eastern Caribbean.
