Synopsis: Weak surface to low level instability is affecting the island. Forecast: Generally cloudy and breezy at times with a few scattered showers mostly during the morning. Wind: ENE - E at 15 to 35 km/h. Seas: Slight to moderate in open water with swells from 1.0m to 1.5m. Eastern Caribbean Outlook Today: Surface to low level moisture embedded in the surface to low level easterly through north easterly trades will continue to generate shallow low-level cloud patches. These patches are expected to drift across the region generating occasionally cloudy skies with brief scattered showers and the possibility of a few periods of rain.
