Movement WEST at 16 mph

Tropical Depression Eleven should not be a threat to the leewards and Windward Islands as the system is forecasted to take a more west north west track away from the islands. Islands in the forecast track should monitor this system closely as it is forecast to become a tropical storm later in the week.
