


Synopsis: A Tropical wave will be affecting the island.
Forecast: Partly cloudy to cloudy with some scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Wind: ESE - E at 15 to 30 km/h with higher gusts near showers.
Seas: Moderate in open water with swells from to 1.5m to 2.0m.

Eastern Caribbean Outlook
Monday: As the wave continues westwards, low-level moisture and instability will continue to linger over Barbados and the eastern Caribbean resulting in some partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered showers and a few isolated thunderstorms particularly over the southern portion of the region.

However, improved conditions are expected over the Leewards and northern Windwards during the afternoon. Meanwhile, an approaching tropical wave located along ****W at 2AM (0600UTC) will begin to affect Barbados and the southern Windwards from nightfall. As a result, cloudy to overcast skies, light to moderate showers and isolated thunderstorms are possible over Barbados and the Windwards.
