Synopsis: A surface to low level shearline is affecting the island.
Forecast: Partly cloudy to cloudy with scattered showers becoming fair to partly cloudy with a few isolated showers by afternoon.
Wind: ENE - ESE at 15 to 30 km/h. Seas: Slight to moderate in open water with swells from 1.0m to 2.0m.
Eastern Caribbean Outlook Today: The surface to mid-level Atlantic high pressure system will remain the dominant feature. Nevertheless, weak surface to low-level pulses moving along its southern through southwestern periphery will continue to trigger occasional cloudiness with occasional scattered showers. The pressure gradient across the region will slacken, hence a reduction in wind speeds to 10-15 knots is forecast to occur.
